Pricing and Policies

The most asked question for commissioning a portrait or other work is "how much will it cost?" It is an understandable and fair question, and I do my best to be as forthright as possible given the varying nature of subject, style and medium.
 
I publish this price list as general guide for reference purposes only. All of my works will be quoted to each client before commencing any work. I urge you to contact me with your questions concerning the typical costs for multiple subjects, architectural paintings and abstracts as these costs may not be representative of the pricing table shown below.

Typical Pricing - Single Subject (adult, child, or pet)

• Pricing assumes your commissioned piece will be executed as oil on canvas. For other medium, please contact us.

• Photography will be made by the artist at his studio at no extra charge, or a quality photograph must be submitted by the client and approved by the artist.

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is accepted before any work is begun. The balance is due upon completion of the piece prior to shipment.

• Unless otherwise requested your work will be furnished on standard weight wrapped canvas.

• Framing is available at an extra charge.

• Standard packaging and shipping to the continental US is included. (AK, HI, and INTL shipping is extra and must be arranged in advance).

• Turn-around time is typically 30-90 days depending upon size of the piece and complexity of the content.
